Your application information
Donna is supplied by OBSIDIAN SOLUTIONS LTD, Mauritius (BRN C26230948).
We collect your contact details, professional enrolment, practice and billing information to verify eligibility, review your application, manage your account and process payments. We record the agreement version, its exact text, acceptance time, signature, authority confirmation, IP address and browser information as evidence of acceptance.
Authorised Donna administrators review applications. Our identity provider supports account activation; our email provider delivers application and billing messages. Administrators who opt in may receive application and subscription notices through Telegram. Do not put client or matter information in an application or a payment reference.
The agreement for your selected plan governs confidentiality, data processing, retention and your rights regarding practice information. This application notice does not change that agreement. Read the plan agreements before applying.
Google Calendar and Outlook
If you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, Donna receives your account email address, the list of your calendars, and the events in the calendars you choose to show, from 60 days ago to 240 days ahead: titles, times, locations, descriptions, organisers, guests and their replies, and meeting links.
Donna uses this only to run your calendar for you: to show your events beside your hearings and deadlines, to warn you of clashes, and to create, change, cancel or reply to events when you ask it to. Donna also creates one calendar named “Donna” in your account and keeps your Donna hearings, deadlines and tasks there. If you ask Donna’s assistant about your schedule, the events it needs are processed to answer you and are not used to train AI models.
Calendar data and access tokens are encrypted at rest with a key specific to your account and are visible only to you. We do not sell them, use them for advertising, or share them with anyone except the service providers that host Donna, and we do not let people read them unless you ask us to for support. When you disconnect, Donna removes its “Donna” calendar from your account, revokes its access and deletes the calendar data it holds. You can also remove access from your Google or Microsoft account settings at any time.
Donna’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
