After approval, activate through a secure email link. Paid plans receive an invoice first and activate after payment is verified.

What is a credit?
One balance for everything Donna does for you. A question or an edit is 2 credits, a Deep Research report 8 and a drafted document 12. Uploads, the cause list, the connector and document comparison are free. If Donna fails to answer, draft or edit, nothing is taken.
What happens when I reach a limit?
The answer or draft you are working on always finishes. After that, Donna tells you when your credits renew and offers a top-up or an upgrade. Your matters, documents and invoices are never locked.
Why do you verify every account?
Donna is built for the legal profession and holds client information. Checking each applicant keeps it that way.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from Settings at any time. An upgrade applies immediately. A downgrade applies from your next billing date.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits renew on your billing date each month. Top-up credits last 12 months.
